An Outsider in Utah

True story. I work with a bunch of really cool people and don’t sit in a cubicle all day long. My desk faces a window that allows me to look around downtown when I need a break and on breaks, I can walk around downtown, seeing new things every day. When I leave work, I leave all the stress about deadlines and what not at the office and can come home and spend time with my family. That is one of the signs of a good job in my opinion: you can leave the job behind you when you come home to your family.

I would encourage anyone that is job hunting to not just look for the highest paying job, because pay is not everything. Being able to wake up and not be down because I have to go to work is worth a lot to me. Working with a fun group in an environment that is nothing like Office Space is also worth a great deal to me.

This post is cheesy,  but I just wanted to tell everyone how awesome my job is.
